Morning all!

Cleo's appy is really crappy this am. She came up for her TFS, but left after I put her food down! I had to wait about 10 minutes, then she came back and nibbled at some FF with FortiFlora on it. I think this AB is really doing a number on her. Plus I started the Benazepril, which may be adding to her tummy woes. She did come back in, and eat some more, and I was able to shoot her. When she came back in the third time, she saw the syringe with the AB, and headed right into the bedroom and under the bed. :roll: Hope she comes out before I have to leave.

I feel crappy myself. Chest tight, dry cough, sore throat, and low fever in middle of night. Wish I could stay home, but craziness at work prevents it.

Bummer on the crappy appy. I am sure that the AB's are having an effect n that. Have you tried greek yogurt ( a few hours after AB's are given), to settle the tummy some? It helped with Mannie when he was on the AB's. Wishing you much luck. Feel better Cleo.

Poor Cleo. I hope her tummy feels better and her appy improves. I hate it when you need to give them meds and they see you coming and run. Jane, I hope you feel better soon.

Yay!!! The board is back!!

Cleo is feeling much better this evening :-D :-D Good appy, still a pudding poo, but my vet says we can stop the AB!

Also, I picked up the benazepril in pill form also, and she it ate wrapped in a piece of deli turkey - Whoohoo!! :-D I am grateful for a totally stressfree
med dosing! :-D

I have completely lost my voice, it is just a raspy, hurtful, squeaky whisper. Simon wants to come by me so bad, but as soon as I say Hi Baby, or anything, he starts backing away. Like what have you done with my mum!!?? Silly kitty!!

So glad to be back on line!

Michelle - I only have flavored yogurt, but if this continues, I will definitely pick up some of the greek yogurt! Thanks~

Hi Jane - yay for a better appy! If you do go the yogurt route, just remember to feed it about two hours after the admin of the AB. The Greek yogurt has live bacterium, the good ones, and the AB will kill it if Vivien too soon,. Anyways... it really did help Mannie with his tummy issues and LB issues when he was on AB's.

I hope you feel better soon too. Poor Simon....
