Thank you, Bhooma. Hopefully we will see more progress soon. Today I think I went too deep with his injection because he cried out when I gave him the shot. Will it affect absorption if it goes in a muscle?

ETA according to google, injecting lantus IM can lead to faster absorption and potentially shorter duration.

I missed giving him his AMPS +1 meal and I think I gave the injection IM so when he had a really steep onset I did give him a few bites of MC every half hour from +5 to +6.5. It doesn’t seem to change his numbers drastically but I was worried he was decreasing too much too fast. Let me know if there was a better way to handle it. Thank you.
