Working all day, got home to JakeJake sleeping in the kitty house outside. Not sure how long he's been out today since I've been gone at work, I didn't see his food can with any less in it today so I'm not sure if anyone fed him. If that's the case he most certainly went to the neighbors house to get some crunchies. I wish she would switch to low carb kitty food but you can't make people do these things.

Have you considered transitioning him to an indoor only kitty?

Welp he WAS 100% outdoors before diagnosis... and now he's like 90% indoors. When my family is home and I am not they don't really keep an eye on him, let him wander outside by himself etc. I have told them so many times to not do this... however they don't really give a f@ck so it's major frustration.
