10/02 Dante AMPS.........perhaps a bounce??? **midday update

he was 320 this morning
and ate a little more than he has been, but no other differences in attitude/behavior
gonna try and get a +6 on him today (if I get home in time) and maybe a +4 on him tonite

as far as his behavior for the curve, I honestly don't know, except that he really REALLY enjoyed all the treats he got!!
(and he was still pretty much starving still then too)
speaking of, still "planning" on doing one this Sat

Hard to say without the data over night. I'm not seeing anything that makes me really think that he is getting too much insulin. He did so well on the increase from 1u to 1.25u, just didn't get down low enough, but maybe he needed more settle time on that dose.

definitely not enough of a drop here. :cry:

my son was home from school today- said he was wrestling w/his toy.
so he acts like he's feeling really good :?

I did add a comment to those- it was @ +6.5, that's why I put the # in twice. sorry for the confusion

mostly now, he just eats when I'm testing (either food or treats)

Could also be one of things - a shot into less absorbable tissue, ate more overnight, less active, he's a cat.... I'd wait and see if he "comes out of it" tonight or tomorrow am before making a dose change decision.

Looks like he is a "kicker". Is that his own, special toy?

Beau is a "tearer" - he grabs the toy in his front paws, bites into it and pulls his head back, tearing it. I used to watch him destroy a toy in about 5 mins that way.

I actually bought it quite some time ago for my civvie, but she only plays, and plays fetch, with those glittery pom-pom balls.
