Yesterday Butters hung out in the lagoon. Got a 50 very early in her AM cycle yesterday, which I had hoped would mean some action, but there wasn't any. So it doesn't look to me like she is really looking for a reduction right now.

This morning is cycle 13 on a dose of 1.125u.

Well yes Butters went to the party! She danced the night away and looks very tired this morning, and perhaps a little more filled out from all the yummy treats. I was hoping for a different kind of action...you know, the kind where she drops below 50 and she and I have a pj party?! .

LOL! I look at Bernie's a lot, too!
It was challenging to get Butters regulated (stuck in high numbers, bouncing) and I guess there is no guarantee she will stay that way, so I'm enjoying it while it lasts! Her vets all said she would be tough to regulate and would always need some insulin. But if I can keep her in the range she has been in for the past three weeks, I will be very happy.
