well he was 86 when I got up @11.5 and just had a feeling it was a dropping number so retested in 15 and he was 72 so I fed him mc and he was brought up to 129 at 12.5 which is when he got his shot. All P's accounted for and breffis one eaten

Morning Lisa and Do Lou. I had to do something similar with Maggie when I got up at +2 and found her lower than expected! Have a good day. I need a nap after betting up at 1:30 am!!!

FWIW, I think about this situation differently. To my eyes, you shot a food spike. Do Lou's numbers were in the surfing zone pre-food. If it were me, I'd have shot and if I was really nervous about having shot, fed a bit of higher carb with my kittie's breakfast and tested at +1.
