Good Morning LL! We had a little bobble into the pinks last night but looking much more promising this morning. I'm wondering if those UT treats might be effecting her BG. There were a couple of cycles over the weekend that I was sure were going green that just stopped. So, we will hold off for a few days on them.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club, and too early to see if there is sunshine, but Tess is in the window watching!

Michelle, The UT treats are PetNaturals of Vermont Urinary Tract Support treats. The have cranberry extract and d-Mannose which are supposed to help prevent e-coli bacter from surviving in the urinary tract. I don't think any of the ingredients should raise BG and she hasn't had any for 2 days, so I don't think theses numbers are from that. We are very close to the end of the pen too, I think I'll go to a new pen tomorrow.

I hope Tess found some sunshine. When we first found the pill pockets, we didn't realize they had a lot of carbs (but no sugar!), so we gave Zener several at about +10 in the afternoon, his usual treat time. And his BG would be sky high at PMPS. Now he gets zero carb freeze-dried chicken. Much better!

Nice slide all day, but didn't quite get to the Lagoon. She hasn't had any of those treats for 3 days now so I don't think it was that. This is day 40 for the pen and we are down below the last 1/4" of insulin. I'll start a new pen in the morning and see if we get some greens from that, otherwise another nudge up in dose.

Oh, I think I goofed a little on the meters yesterday. I'm not sure if all Walgreens carry the WaveSense Presto. It is on their website, but I went to one yesterday and looked and didn't see it on the shelf. Too long a line to ask at the pharmacy, too. Sorry, but you can still get the Up & Up strips at Target.
