Unless we see some green tonight, it's looking like we need yet another increase in the morning.
I'm wondering if I need to take him into the vet to check for any sign of infection. I just don't understand why we're headed back up up up
I don't see any signs of infection... no dental issues or litter box issues I can detect. I don't get it.

Insulin needs can fluctuate. It doesn't necessarily mean he has something wrong going on. Hang in there.
