Good morning all.

Didn't do a condo yesterday although had good intentions to do so. Did a big time BTB and with much Advil pm. After the snow guys came to shovel us out yesterday morning, I slipped and tumbled on way to the car. That was it. BTB and under the covers. Relied on Steve to check on the upstairs cats during the day, bring them suppers etc.

This morning made it upstairs with fud. Bella peeking through the balusters, dancer guiding me up the stairs. Ate pretty well. Azalea sound asleep but perky soon as she awoke. Pranced into the other bedroom and sampled Bella's and Dancer's breffis. As if in a changing of the guard, dancer went into Azalea's room and came out, her polydactyl paws coated with litter from azalea's LB.

Spunky's appetite waning again, I'm thinking that it's more polyp ear pain-related than abdominal, crossing paws.

Today is two weeks since December 27, a day that began so beautifully with Azalea's excellent post-op (enucleation) follow up visit and ended so tragically with Sootie's sudden passing at home that night. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ More dreams of Sootie during the night with us all feeling her ever presence more present today.

Hoping today will be a gentle day with good appies for all and extra vines and hugs for those in seesaws these days including @Gussie's mom @Doodles & Karen @photrecon @carfurby with Furball's ear polyp and all in the dance of finding the sometimes elusive but always delicate balance ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wowouch. I did the same once when living in Rochester NY. What a miserable place for weather. Wonderful citizens, but the worst weather outside of Utica and the Antarctic!
Hope your bruises heal quickly.

Hehehe. Great set of images.

Purrs and vines for Spunky.

More hugs. More vines. More purrs.

Yikes. I hope you are feeling better since your fall. I love that Sootie visits you in your dreams.:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

{{{Sina}}}

Two weeks already. Life keeps you busy, I hope, so that the time passes quickly. Still, I know the realization hits like a gut punch. I think Sootie is visiting your dreams to reassure you that she is healthy and happy at the Bridge and still watching over her tribe.

So sorry about your tumble. I hope the day in bed helped heal the worst of it. Sending vines for the rest.

Vines for spunky, too, and scritches for the other furbabies, with extra for my favorite, Azalea!

I've been stumbling a lot lately, literally and metaphorically. Sootie dreams are sweet dreams.❤️

Hugs love thanks and vines for all to have a smooth night with sweet dreams❤️:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

((((Sina))) Sootie's anniversary passing is too soon here and I so remember the passing of my beloved Sug . It was such a long healing time for me and I had to remind myself to be gentle with myself and to allow myself to be where I was in the healing process.. God Speed to you my dear .May the healing be soft and soon.

I am so sorry to hear about your fall! I so hate the ice and I am such a baby walking on it. I look ridiculous walking on the ice. It is almost comical.

Sending lots of continued vines to you and your tribe.

And for you too::bighug::bighug::bighug: how's your tribe and little PJ??❤️❤️

Thanks, Bobbie. Yes, takes time for us all, whether we're prepared or not.❤️❤️❤️. I am sad about your Sug's passing but what a fascinating name! How did the name come about?
I know what you mean about getting around in winter. I sometimes wonder what others think when seeing me hobble about. It must be laughable.

Have a good day and yay for bubba's :D:bighug::bighug:

i believe she is letting you know she is ok and that at the same time you are in her thoughts and she worries about you feeling sad... you gave her a great life Sina.. you fought and loved for her... her spirit hasnt forgotten that... it wont ... :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
Thanks, Amber. ❤️❤️❤️❤️:bighug::bighug::bighug:❤️❤️❤️ And Hoping Lincoln has better day today, too :bighug:

Sug's passing but what a fascinating name
Sug was a blue point Siamese and was pure white when she was born . My friend the breeder, named her Sugar and I kept the name but shortened it to "Sug" She was a piece of work, she had that pretty girl / mean girl streak and ruled the roost and Bubba was afraid of her and not allowed to sleep near me. After she died, Bubba immediately took her spot on the bed, right next to my right shoulder Animal dynamics , gotta love. :cat:

Sug sure did rule the roost! Lucky for her that Bubba and Forrest obliged ;) .
Yes animal dynamics are amazing inter and intra species. We humans who experience it are the lucky ones to know and share in those relationships ❤️❤️❤️

I so agree ! Sug was gone before we got Forest. She had only been gone for two months when my friend recused Forest from the wild and we adopted him. DH was not on board right away but my friend said she would guarantee that if he didn't work out after giving it one week, she would take him back. Within one week, all my animals were friends . I was so lucky. :)
