Good morning all.
Didn't do a condo yesterday although had good intentions to do so. Did a big time BTB and with much Advil pm. After the snow guys came to shovel us out yesterday morning, I slipped and tumbled on way to the car. That was it. BTB and under the covers. Relied on Steve to check on the upstairs cats during the day, bring them suppers etc.
This morning made it upstairs with fud. Bella peeking through the balusters, dancer guiding me up the stairs. Ate pretty well. Azalea sound asleep but perky soon as she awoke. Pranced into the other bedroom and sampled Bella's and Dancer's breffis. As if in a changing of the guard, dancer went into Azalea's room and came out, her polydactyl paws coated with litter from azalea's LB.
Spunky's appetite waning again, I'm thinking that it's more polyp ear pain-related than abdominal, crossing paws.
Today is two weeks since December 27, a day that began so beautifully with Azalea's excellent post-op (enucleation) follow up visit and ended so tragically with Sootie's sudden passing at home that night.

More dreams of Sootie during the night with us all feeling her ever presence more present today.
Hoping today will be a gentle day with good appies for all and extra vines and hugs for those in seesaws these days including @Gussie's mom @Doodles & Karen @photrecon @carfurby with Furball's ear polyp and all in the dance of finding the sometimes elusive but always delicate balance
