Yesterday's Early Condo
Well, this isn't as late as I usually am, but getting closer to normal for me!
Not much going on here today, catwise. Cinco had a lovely blue surf but stopped short of wading in to join China. He was feeling really well today, I think, and even ventured into the dining area to stand at the sliding door, which was open for a while (screen closed, of course), and sniff the fresh air. He hasn't done that in a while. He generally is a pretty lazy cat - he was, even before he went blind, but has become more so since. It's nice to see him more active and more interested in what's going on around him. I started doing my workouts again this week, and I think he gets a little irritated at the music and noise from the TV and my jumping around for 30 minutes or so. Not enough to leave the room, but he keeps changing sleeping positions during my workout. I keep thinking I can hear a pained sigh....How's a kitty s'posed ta sleep around here?
Minka and Sasha both had less than stellar appies today. Sasha required a lot of coaxing, Forti Flora and Hypo treats before she polished off her breakfast. Minka needed a different flavor, and even then only ate half. I boiled some more chicken, which was a big hit. Sasha and Harvey ate quite a bit, but Minka mostly just drank the broth. It think the chemo crash has started. I did give her the Ondansetron and Pepcid, but it didn't make a lot of difference. If she's still like this tomorrow I'll give her a small dose of Mirtz.
Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans.
Prayers continue for Amy's DF, Lyresa's DF, Lisa's DF and Elise's DM. I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday night!
