[Monster's Mom]

I had a follow up doctor's appointment today and after, my Mom came over for a while and that was nice to get to see her and talk with her. Angel got to rub all over Mom's head as she sat on the couch and Monster got some extra scritches on her head that she really enjoyed.

I have noticed that Monster seems to have learned something from one or two of the kitties on here. Their ESP is amazing!!! She not quite all the way into the box before she goes pee.... therefore going on the mat just outside. I have a plan to replace their box to a new one so hoping she'll have better aim once I do.

Oh, yeah, peeing outside the box, my favorite!
We have very high-sided litter boxes around here. Still, if they are going to crawl halfway in and do their bidness with their hiney hanging out, what can you do??

Very frustrating yes! Neither one of them ever did this before. On occasion, if Angel thought the box wasn't clean enough, to her standards, she would pull some litter out in front and go poo there, as if to tell me "Mom, it's not clean!" But never pee so this is new for me! Luckily, I don't have carpet! Hard wood floors (laminate) with litter mats on top.

Do you have regular boxes? I actually have giant Rubbermaid totes where I cut exit/entrances into for them. They're huge and help a multi cat household

No, I used to but for the past couple years I've been using the totes, cut an entrance because Monster paws endlessly at the sides and and throws litter out of the regular boxes.
