It's like a seesaw. BGs go down, constipation goes up, and then she vomits because she's too blocked up to eat. I gave her subq Cerenia for inflammation and vomiting, and 75cc subq fluids to ward off dehydration.
Last night she passed some rock hard stools, so I'm hoping she gets rid of the rest of the partial impaction. Naturally this happens during the weekend.

YAYYYY!!!!!!
She pooped a bunch and she is in low blues, and no seesaw at all. She is looking level and flat.

Yeah for doodoo, poopoo, all things bowel movement :).....totally relate ( my kitty, not me;)) ...doesn't take much to thrill us, huh?!?!
well, considering that she's had 4 manual evacuations for constipation -all under anesthesia, and all costing $300.00 +, This is a very very very big thrill!

Yes
And surfing lower and lower by +4. Naturally this is my bedtime.
Maaaybe not! ???:coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:???

This is sort of unexpected. TiTI coasted down so fast. 85@+4, after PMPS.
Started the day
307AMPS
233 +3
138 +6
136 +9
156PMPS
97 +3
85 +4

Ok., so I know I got to get to +6, often her nadir, and I am feeding her a tsp LC each hour after PMPS. But I am a little confused now.

I think if she is level or up at +6, and all you have given her is LC, then u r ok for bed.

Looks like she was in some discomfort with her tummy, and pooping resolved that, which is what you are seeing reflected in her BG.
Additionally I think she also cleared the bounce that was triggered by that 100 on January 4th. This am was cycle 6 from that 100.

I agree with Gill. I think the poo had a lot to do with that drop. We know constipation can cause the BG to go up. Stands to reason that big poo would drop it. I'm so glad she got all that out of her system!
