Good Morning LL! Well, today is the anniversary of Tess's dx. And she is celebrating in red. It could be a bounce after all that green or I'm not getting the dose tight with these syringes. I wole up half an hour early with Tess sitting on me staring. We need to start advancing the shot to get it earlier, my class starts again next week and I want more than an hour between shot and the time we leave. Or else we just pack her up and take her with us as we have done several times.

WCR All 5 Ps and a hungry playful kitty. I'm so glad that Anne gave the hint of turning Wellness into soup, Tess will finally eat it! I always knew it was a texture thing, i just never thought to make it even softer. Tess is drinking very little extra water will all that added to the food.

The soup is a great idea. Thats how we got Maverick starting to eat wet food. He hates wellness though in any form.

OUCH! Did Tess borrow a page out of Mannie's play book from this past week? What a way to celebrate a dx annifursary. Tess - whatcha doing wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy up there. Come on down now, OK? There are better things, more fun, on the lower floors.

I often wonder on the doses - I really question my ability to measure these d*** micro doses with any degree of consistency. Sometimes I really think the issues I have with Mannie lately are the doses. I dunno - maybe I'm just grasping at straws. But I do know what you mean. It is not easy.

Ok, enough of telling Tess to come down. I think she got the message. I think I must have gotten her shot wrong last night. ohmygod_smile I don't know any other reason. This is looking better, but slow down baby!

We gots BLUE! I forgot to add that she got some 9% gravy w/ her 4% Wellness meal last time. This time just the regular last breffis of 4%.

Ok...now she's getting down to business to address the day in true Tess style...quite a drop from +1 to +2!!! Good thing you caught that and gave it a little gravy...nice slidage now!!!

Hope you are feeling all better today, Ann. Are you going back to another ceramics class?

Not such a great start for the anniversary (was Tess reminding you of what it was like when she was dxed?), but the rest of the day has been fine. I know what you mean about measuring those skinny or fat microdoses!! Even with the Monojects they are hard (did you get your Monojects yet?).
Rusty likes Wellness turkey, but is not so keen on the chicken (although he will eat it). Wellness is what he ate at Phoebe's, so I'm continuing to feed it. I have added By Nature turkey and turkey liver to his diet (in smaller amounts) and he seems to like that, too, but prefers the Wellness turkey. I always add water, too.

Looks like she has decided to surf the mid blues for a while. As long as it isn't a bounce starting already.

Ella, Tess is the opposite, she likes the Wellness Chicken , less enthusiastic ablut the Turkey, I have to try the ByNature again now that I have the trick of turning it into soup. I've always added water, but this is a lot.

Marjorie, no Monojects yet! Apparently Hocks has gone exclusively to Fed Ex for ground shipping and they are taking forever. Normally I choose USPS and if I order on Monday I always have them by Friday, usually sooner. Hocks had the order ready on Monday, Fed Ex didn't pick up till Tue. Shipped it from OH to Ky, back to OH on Wed and supposedly left OH on Thur, but no other tracking info as this afternoon. FedEx doesn't deliver on Sat, so Monday is the earliest I can get them! In the future I'd rather pay shipping than have FedEx again! I'm calling Hocks on Monday and letting them know what I think of the change!

DH is home tonight! :-D DN is staying w/ mom. She doesn't really want to stay here, but someone needs to be with her in case she falls. At 99 she is a little unsteady, but still under her own power.

Ann...that is so weird on the shipping because I ordered BD lancets and got them in two days!! They came USPS; I ordered them Tuesday and got them yesterday.

Glad John is home tonight and you all have some time together. Hope your mom is doing well.

Marjorie, every time I've ordered from Hocks lately their shipping options have been different. This time it just said "free ground shipping" w/ no option to choose USPS or FedEx. My last order was USPS and I got that in 2 days too. When did you get the lancets?

I ordered them Tues the 4th and got them Thurs the 6th!! Super fast!!!

Celi: well, we had to pay extra but yes, we got MJ :lol: :lol: :lol: We aren't sharing :lol: :lol: :lol:
