Hi folks,
Well the sugar room was a mess this morning. Junior has been cleaned up once again as well as the room. He is resting now in a kitty bed. He is not interested in food yet. My reference point is that by tonight he will probably eat. He is pretty mad at me but his colon is empty and he is exhausted.
I am not going to worry about his BG numbers through this colon cleansing. I will use these numbers as a reference point for the future. You have to love your cat to go through this mega colon thing. :smuggrin:

Thank you!
Linda

Poor Linda & Junior either end is not good to deal with but if we have to I'll take the top end.
I sure hope he gets to feeling better soon.:bighug::bighug:

So it's now +9 and he is eating 1/4 can with fortiflora on it. :) It has been a day of cleaning floors and cat beds and counters and more floors not to mention he has had 4 baths since yesterday. I just have to come up with a better answer than enemas for him. :( He sat in a cat bed most of the day afraid to move around so at +8 I got him out of the bed and walking around. He soon was as happy as a lark in his chair and kitties came by to say hello to him and cuddle. For now he is eating and pooping and drinking although I think fluids will be in order tonight before bed. I did not worry about his BG numbers today because he wasn't eating and I could see he needed recovery time. As I type I can hear him yelling to get out of the sugar room and it is music to my ears.:)

Ugh mega colon sucks! :arghh::arghh:
