The Religious Experience Condo
Sorry for the late condo tonight. Our power went out late this morning and was out about 45 minutes. When it came back up, our LAN was still down (my DH is a computer geek, so we have a Local Area Network). I had to wait for him to come home to fix it, and it took him a while. I took advantage of the time I was internetless and got all the wrapping paper, bows, etc. put away and cut herbs to be dried. The dehydrator is going and it smells like an Italian restaurant in here, with all the oregano, rosemary and basil in there.
Cinco had a nice visit to the lagoon yesterday, but he stayed in the grotto today - just barely clear of the yellow floor. I'm hoping for a little more action from this dose, but so far so bad. I had to give the shot tonight, as DH was delayed by a flat tire on the commute home. I KNOW I did not get a fur shot - no dampness and no smell of Lantus on the fur - but he went up at +3, so I'm wondering what the heck is going on?!!
We'll see where he is at +6.
Minka was still not eating this morning, so I gave her some Mirtz. She got very meowy, but still wasn't too excited about food. She cried and came running when it was offered, but she would then just sniff and walk away.
I boiled a couple of chicken thighs today and she's consumed a lot of broth. She eats some of the chicken, too, but not as much as I'd like. We'll see what they say tomorrow when I take her in for her fifth chemo treatment
I am very drowsy, so I think I'm off to bed.
