1/5/ Sassy Day 7 trial - AMBG 104, +2 78, PMBG 95, +2 87

DAY 7 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She wakes me up at almost 7 am this morning, banging the bathroom cabinets, wanting more food.

I probably should have tested her before feeding her but it was almost two hours earlier than I normally would.
I only gave her a little to appease her, then crawled back into bed.

Her AMBG is 104, so now I know I should have tested her before she ate.

We will see what the rest of the day has in store, I will test again soon, before I give her more food.

the wooties were rioting cuz i hadn't let them come out to celebrate Sassy's OTJ trial for a few days! good grief - so here they are!

Way to go Sassy!!! We're all cheering for you!

Just as I thought, her +2 number is 78, much better.

Now I can give her more food without the worry that her numbers are too high.

Off to a great start.

Her PMBG is 95, seems a little higher than it should be but not concerned.

It seems she like the food I exchanged and her appetite has changed.

She is eating more and is adjusting to relying on me to give her food when she is hungry, so I am still learning her eating patterns as well.

I may have to change the time I am testing her to ensure that I am testing before she eats.

I gave her food about an hour ago because she was begging to be fed, not realizing that it was close to test time.

We are both adjusting but at least her numbers are still good even after she has eaten.

Will test again before bed.

Sassy is still doing great.

Her PMBG +2 number is 87.

I will change the way I do things a little tomorrow and see what we come up with.
