Radar has been feeling significantly better since last night. The LB looks much more normal. He looks and acts much more like himself. There is much more lap sitting and much less inclination to hide under the bed.
This morning he sat in the window and barked at the birds for the first time in a very long time. Maybe the ping pong ball will get some action soon. 
His numbers are coming down and his eating has been ok today - all good indications about how "the whole cat" is doing.
