AMPS 226 Well, I was going to use today's cycle after last night's flat as a guide on whether Mikey needs a small dosecrease. And then the rotten little thief stole a nugget of dog food, which may or may not affect his BG (only one nugget, but not grain free). So seeing what it does today is out the window as it could be skewed. Ugh, darn cat. :roll:

Yesterday's condo: http://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=60071 To recap, we were considering a dosecrease from a fat.1 to .2 because we haven't been green in a few days, but he has had fewer flat yellows and is seeing more blues. After a flay cycle last night, I was going to see if he'd go green today before making a decision.

We're sending vines, hugs, and chin scritches today to all!

Mikey! A kibble thief? I never would have thought it of you! And now you've gone and ruined the bean's plan of treatment. My, my whatever are we going to do with you?

Anyway, here's hoping for a blue/green day.

dog kibble? Really Mikey? Canned fuds are so much better! All you can do is wait and see. We say that a lot around here don't we? :?

+2 257 +4 256 I don't know how much he was affected by the dog food (how much would a piece of candy affect a human diabetic?), or if he's just decided to do his best Flat Stanley impersonation today. Either way, Mikey, you don't look good in yellow. I think if we don't see some better numbers tonight we may add a drop in the AM. Hear that, cat genius?

+3 72 So very pretty, Mikey! Now that the pattern shows that his dives do level out, they are much easier to take!

+4 98 Seems like he hits nadir a little earlier on these dives sometimes. His normal nadir is +4, so that's ridiculous, Mikey!

Great job, Amy. I love how calm you sound these days and in control!! Good for you...you've learned Mikey's habits quickly and adjust well.

Hope you both get some rest. And Gracie told me Mikey told her he was going to read the condo today...so that's probably why he dropped tonight. :lol:
