Another good start this morning.

Though last night around 2am, Todd did throw up some clear liquid. I don't know why he did that, but I gave him some extra fluid last night, just to be safe and he ate a bit before bed. I was out of Pepcid, but I'll pick some up this afternoon.

Lets hope for another good day!

Re: 1/4 Todd AMPS 207

Its not uncommon for cats w/ kidney issues to vomit clear foam. Its usually in the a.m. (early). Giving pepcid regularly, feeding small amounts more often, and raising food/water bowls can help with this. If it continues despite all of the above you may need to consider a recheck of lab work (probly just kidney panel).

Did you ever get the urinalysis done? Everything else going well? Eating, bathroom, grooming, social?

You two have worked hard together. I hope you see continued improvement and get loads of quality time together.

BG high tonight most likely due to getting the Mirtazapine this afternoon and eating more.

Carolyn- We are doing the urine test this week, I was really busy last week. He is eating well, drinking well, going potty ok.. his grooming habits have been bad for over a year now, but he does clean his bottom after he goes potty. Otherwise, he doesn't groom, so he gets brushed by me or groomed by the other kitties in the house.. he seems pretty good overall. All things considered and all. :)
