Even with an AMPS yesterday of 114 it looks like S1.25U wasn't enough to keep him from zooming in the afternoon. But his food spike seems to be disappearing and all of a sudden the insulin seems to be more active. So, for the last day or so of vacation (last night, this morning, probably tonight) I have been giving 1.5U because I will not be at liberty to watch him. He is coming back down and had a respectable pre-shot this morning. Sarge is very spunky and happy too. Always a plus. He really wants to eat my new orchids. Had to lock them up in the office until we get home! All the storms should be clear by tonight so it looks like the trip home tomorrow is a go. Always hate to leave but it's good to get home too.
