Sending vines and prayers for Tifil and Isil and all sick kitties and their Beans.

Morning ~O) ~O) this is a very high AMPS for Maggie! As I normally do with a high or questionable number, I checked with my Relion Micro; just a 12 point variance between the two meters! I don't think I did a pm fur shot, as I felt the needle insert okay, but I did have some stubborn bubbles. Maggie does have a Vetty appt. tomorrow at 8:30 am, so the Vet will get a good look at her teeth. She does a mean clench when I try and open her mouth! :-x She says "get out of my face"! All else is well with Maggie and no zooms zooms yet, but I did get a wake-up call an hour earlier than the alarm. I awoke to find these two round eyes staring at me next to my face, as if to say "lazy Bean get up already! Have a nice day.

Yes, that AMPS is definitely not a normal Maggie number. Good luck with the vet visit. Simon also hates opening his mouth and does the death clench thing.

Uh Maggie, what are you doing way up there? I hope the vet trip gives you some answers. Of course she won't let you look in there. :lol: Nice of her to give you an early wake up call.

I hope the vetty visit goes well. Maybe Maggie does have some dental issues making her a bit high.

Quite a drop, but I may have shot a little over two drops. I have a box of wonky Monoject syringes with the lines, so microdosing is a challenge. I'm looking into buying some other brand. Maggie is very playful, so she seems to be feeling good. We have her mouse pole toy play time.

Hi Georgia, so Simon does the death clench, too, with the toothies exam!

Iorwen, it looks like she read her condo.

Melissa, her wake-up calls are usually from the living room, but this morning's was close range. :lol:

Linda, I'm thinking, too, the teeth may be causing the higher numbers.

Looks like Maggie took care of that AMPS in short order - what a dive there, little missy! My kitties all get annoyed at me if I attempt to look at their teeth, too.

Sorry for the monojet issues - I use them too, but haven't noticed a problem, but then again Mannie is on a much higher dose, I don't always pay attention as closely as I should to that 0 mark.... I sure wish these manufacturers would pay head to such things.

Love the eyes staring at you - alwyas seems to do the trick to get our attention. Love the clenched mouth routine too - Mannie is the same way. No one is allowed to mess with his mouth. :lol: :lol: I hope all goes well with Maggie a the vetty tomorrow.

Looks like Maggie cleared that high in no time. Thanks Amy and Michelle for visiting. Seems like a lot of our kitties are sensitive with their mouths when we want to examine their toothies or brush them. Sometimes I can apply kitty toothpaste on my finger and get some of it on her teeth and most on her chin. :lol: Thanks on the Vetty visit, too.

Maggie, it looks as if you are self-correcting your AMPS!! Good girl!
Sending good vetty vines for tomorrow's visit. A good way to examine her teeth would be to wait for her to yawn and have a flashlight ready. (Of course, this isn't always practical!!) :lol:

Hi Ella and Devon, thanks for visiting and it does look like she's self-correcting and now coming up to a safe surf zone so I can run a few errands, one of which is Petco. I will have to ty that yawn things for a toothies exam! :-D

I had to :lol: when I read Ella's suggestion of waiting for a yawn with a flashlight. My dosing Leo with bupe trick was waiting for a yawn, he too would do the death clamp whenever I tried giving him bupe, but to look at his teeth he pretty much opens his mouth and says 'ahhhhhh' for me. :lol: what a crazy kitty.

I'm wishing very good vetty vines for Mags tomorrow. I'm sure she will be a perfect patient as usual.

Not the best AMPS for Maggie today but she has come down nicely for you!

I have to say I'm laughing about catching a yawn with a flashlight, too. I'm not familiar with Maggie's numbers, but if she was higher than normal this morning, maybe she thought her vet appointment was today instead of tomorrow. :-D

Maggie came down very nicely--Moonie is in a yellow-blue phase too--Not to worry these gals like the green & will be back quickly! :mrgreen: They have great beans too :-D
Moonie does the death clamp too, but I go through her cheek to peek :lol:
Vet told me to brush her 4-6 teeth she still has left & I laughed!! Oh well, I'll never be a dental hygenist!!

Hi Mookiesmom, it is quite funny about catching her yawn with a flashlight so that I can see her teeth. What's funny is I am still waiting for her to yawn so I can try it! :lol:

Hi Roni, yes, guess these girls will stay with the yellows and blues. I see a lot of the kitties are sensitive about their teeth being brushed.
 
Wow, Maggie had a perfect curve today....a little high at both ends, but a perfect U!! Good luck at the vetty visit!!
