Thanks Angela, I think he’s as surprised as I am that I poke…and that’s it….no more pokes or needles for 12 hours … but yeah, overall he’s looking really good. I’ve got some concerns going on about fur balls and things that might throw him out of his potential remission, i.e. the winter chunkies, but I’m determined to keep him exercised and groomed and “regular” (thanks miralax) so that we can go into spring with green numbers (he developed diabetes, late winter early spring last year and I think a big part of it was poor diet for sure, but also lack of exercise and that sort of thing, so I need to prevent that from happening again)
