A friend of mine went out of town for a weekend and left her husband in charge of the dogs. And he ended up giving the dog his wife's estrogen pills rather than her allergy meds.

....I guess I should be glad that I live by myself.
Oh my goodness!! This made me laugh right out loud and snort for good measure. Thanks for that!

I feel your pain though Paula. Caleb's come a long way from when we first started. He's learned how to given insulin and to test, but he cannot seem to get the hang of reading the numbers and knowing when to test. He'll test multiple times when Lou's in the 300s, but then not test when the BGs are heading down. I suppose things could be worse, but it doesn't stop it from being frustrating. :bighug:

Husband will do (overdo) everything else but test. According to him is any cat just looks at him they are starving and must be fed. But then he just puts the food down and walks awsy. So who knows who is stealing whose food.
