Happy Full Blue Super Moon, L&LL!

Rusty had some more-than-normal congestion yesterday, so we decided to take him to the vet this afternoon. It has been 2 weeks since his Convenia shot and that seemed to help him a lot, so we went to see if it would be advisable to get another (it's OK). He also got his B-12 shot (the vet tech shot through the "tent" and he wound up with it all over his fur. Had to do another shot.) Poor Rusty, he is so skinny that there is no room for error. (but he gained 1/4 lb and now weighs 8 lbs. ; his appetite has been really good lately; I'd like to get him up a pound before spring).

Our group did a hike in microspikes this morning (it was supposed to have been a x-c ski). The weather was cold (zero degrees F.), but the sun was out for a while and the hike was beautiful. The icy snow on the trail felt like styrofoam.

Off to the city tomorrow and hoping for good weather for the drive. Lots to do this evening!

Wishing all a super Super Full Blue Moon. It is overcast and snowing here, but hopefully at Lake of the Ozarks all the kitties will be able to see that moon. Party on, kitties!

Sorry your fur got all B12y Rusty. I hope the nurse and your mom got it all cleaned off. It's great to hear that you are gaining back your weight. Keep it up. :bighug:

Yeah for 1/4 lb! Bummer about the B 12 leak ugh! Bet the tech badly. Hope it want to bothersome for Rusty.

Your hike sounds beautiful but very cold! And off to the city tomorrow! The best of both worlds!

Thanks guys. Next report will be from the Big Apple. The Full Blue Moon still can't be seen here tonight (but last night the moon was amazingly huge).
