I just noticed this bump below one of Mermeladas nail: https://imgur.com/tst5k7m
I'll be taking him to the vet in a hour, could it be some kind of infection, as a diabetic cat what medicines we should avoid, just corticosteroids? he can have antibiotics??
I'm asking here beforehand because I think vets here in Yucatan don't know much about diabetic cats, I don't want them to give him something that affects his diabetes
