1/30 Sooty AMPS 284 +3 305 - all still GOOD

GM LL! yesterday's condo is here..

First off: THANKS all YOU guys, for keeping an eye on us! Sooty's still doing really well. Sooty spent a good part of yesterday just sleeping, which is something that we really haven't seen him do for some time. You know, REALLY sleeping.. not just 'lying there', if you know what I mean. This is SO good to see, as it means a) he's comfortable (no pain) and b) he's getting his batteries properly recharged, at last.. which HAS to be helping him to get better.
The 4 main Ps are all in place, he purred through all his shots this morning, even the BIG one ('Baytril' an AB, BIG needle!) and got some FD chicken for his reward!
He's back on the sofa to do some more serious sleeping now, (gotsta keep this recovery moving along...)

Have a terrific SUnday everyone and although I have been condo-visiting even less than usual lately, please know I'm not ignoring LL, still reading all that I can here, while I'm at the PC... just been spending a leetle bit more time with Cathy (& the Sootster)...

I've been following the Sooty Saga from afar, and I'm so glad you're seeing some improvement. I hope it continues, and that Sooty awakes with batteries nicely charged up!

Sooty sounds like he is doing great! Sound sleep is a cat's barometer, that's one of their best creature comforts--
You did such a great job of taking care of him..He did great & you did the best you could for your boy!!

Thank you again everyone for your thoughts, wishes and support... You have to know (and I have to say) that all your support and encouragement for sure played no small part in all this... he's made a quite remarkable recovery so far and is getting a little stronger each day. Still a ways to go yet - but all the signs are good, so far. He's continuing on the ABx but it looks like the P-titis has now subsided. WBC is not yet down to normal but IS dropping.
