we seem to be getting closer to a "right" dose for the moment with punkin - i'm very happy to see that 196 amps! no R for him this morning. got the timed feeder set to go off at +3 and +4 just for extra security and i'll be back from work at +5.5. He was less than thrilled that the food i was fixing (that got him all excited) got shut into the timed feeder! :-D poor little guy!

I've started to let mine lick the spoon after I hide the food in the autofeeder. Poor little dears just look so sad and confused!

Great AMPS. :roll: on the autofeeder. I have to move fast if it's something Tess really likes. I tried putting 2 bowls in at once, but that left no hand to fend her off! :lol:

Punkin is doing so well. I looked at his SS going back to the time before the SRT. Wow!!! What a difference in dose from then to now!!! You really did a great thing for your Punkin!!!

That's why I stopped pre- prepping food for mine while they were inside...
I was afraid I wouldn't make it out of the kitchen in one piece :shock:

I wonder if you sat by the autofeeder all morning waiting for it to reveal your treasure???

Too funny on the auto feeder. I load Mannie's up in the morning too, and get the same look....

*snicker* the timed feeder went off at 7pm tonight, but i hadn't filled it and was fixing a bowl instead. he perked up and his little legs went full speed ahead running for the feeder! what a hoot. he's the funniest, quirkiest little guy. er, big guy. ;-)

i'll bet he was hovering around the feeder this morning. he likely would've been lower except i gave him an extra 1/2 can at +4, just for safety.

fattened his dose a little to try to push him down a little more. might need another .25 or so, but i'd like to see what this dose does without R first.

I've been so into my own kitty that I finally figured it's time to check on others. Punkin looks great today! It's so crazy how they just want to keep surprising us, but it looks like Punkin is moving in the right direction. Btw, been wanting to tell you that I am totally in love with your lil Anya! Yep, how could I feel any other way when that is my daughter's name!!! It's so lovely, just as she is. And even funnier is that one of her nicknames is "punkinpie"! Keep up the good work!

Punkin is lookin' good - glad to see you're getting closer to the right dose! It's awesome that he has taken to the auto feeder. As much as Trix loves to eat, she would have nothing to do with hers....it's been gathering dust on our kitchen counter since last summer.

Punkin's numbers have improved so much since you switched meters and realized how high his true numbers were. Well done on getting him back down into a reasonable range, Julie!
