1/30 Mocha AMPS 234

It's been awhile since I posted, life got away from me this week. Mocha has been sneezing a lot for the last week and has a runny nose, the liquid is clear though, and there is no discharge coming from his eyes. We will probably have to see the vet on Saturday, since he doesn't seem to be improving. His sneezing makes me so nervous, because the last time he had sneezing fits he blew a blood clot out his nose and we couldn't get it to stop bleeding for almost a week. nailbite_smile No blood so far, but I still cringe every time he sneezes. His numbers have been a little higher, but I think some of that may have been a bounce on Tuesday 1/28 from a low number I didn't catch the night before. That's just a guess though, but he seems to be coming back down to his normal numbers. Yes, I have considered a dose increase, but I am going to wait until I come back from my trip. My family is not as good about BG tests (or perhaps I'm just more obssesive? :roll: ) I will leave instructions for them though, I think he will be fine in their care.

Well it's off to work, I hope everyone has a good day and stays warm, and sending healing vines to those who need them...

Awww, poor Mocha. I don't know anything about the sneezing and such but it sounds hard to watch, and I hope the vet can help when you go see him, maybe others have had this go on and can advise too. Healing vines are sent!

It's easy to get busy and have no time, I hear you! You're not obsessive, just keeping Mocha safe ;-) Hope your day goes good!

Sending tons of anti-sneezing vines to Mocha, and stress relief vines for you. I hope that the vet will be able to give Mocha something for the sneezes. It sounds like an allergy, maybe...? Only the vet can determine that, unfortunately. I know we all wish we were vets ourselves... That would save us a whole lot of money. Hang in there. :YMHUG:
