I really do not know what is happening, i noticed that she is quite for the past two days but she is eating fine, pooping and everything. The vet told me to stop the antibiotics. It has been 8 days since the extraction, can she still feeling pain or uncomfortable because today numbers are too high.

She shouldn't be in pain from the extractions at this point. IF the high numbers today are related to the dental, it would be because of some kind of post-surgical complication (bone fragment left behind, etc). It might just be a random blip so I'd give it at least another day, but if she keeps going up or stays at this level for more than another day or two, I'd call the vet.

I booked an appintment next Monday but as you said if it continue like that i will go earlier.
