Testing started last night with the new ReliOn Prime meter, which in testing registered a bit lower then the others...........hopefully Davidson will be dropping in a few hours and have a Blue day!!!

I'd be curious to see what his +2 will look like. Would you be able to get a +2 test? You just might get a high blue at +2 with that meter. Might is the key, here.

Good luck with the new meter, Shawna. It's good to stick with one and not try to make those frustrating comparisons. I've never used a Relion Prime, but the Relions are good meters. I have a Relion Micro and a Relion Confirm, as well as an Arkray Mini and Arkray Glucocard 1. All 4 use the same strips, so when I occasionally do make a comparison, the numbers are in the same ballpark. (The Relion Micro and Confirm are Walmart's brand name put on the Arkray Mini and Glucocard 1.)
I hope Davidson has a good day today and will slide on down a bit. Rusty hopes he will join the LL Sliders Curling Club. The teams are practicing every day for when the matches begin at the CatOlympics.

Yes, I can get a +2 today, in fact I can get anything you want - haha, since I'm home all the time (worked from home) so whatever you think I should do - I will. The ReliOn Prime is what Wendy recommended as the test strips are cheaper, I do have the ReliOn Micro but it uses a different test strip........perhaps a way to make $$ and when in Buffalo later this week will pick up more Micro test strips just to have as a back up and sell the Accu-Chek so someone since I don't need 3 meters....

I just switched meters too, and was frustrated comparing even though I knew the meter varience :sad: . I had 50 strips to use up for Bayer while waiting for strips to get here in the mail...and was using Accu-Chek before. I just started the ReliOn Prime now and will stick with it for the cheaper strips unless I need to use a back up ;-) .
I hope that Davidson turns that around and slides down for you. Have a good day!

Hmmmm........he had a great day yesterday and it appeared that the depot was finally letting go and yet today his numbers are back up..........guess this is what you call a 'bounce'............tomorrow is another day and back to the ballpark
