Everyone please stay warm, it’s saying the Midwest right now is colder than the Antarctic
In Chicago they are having to set the train tracks on fire to keep the trains going OMG
Don’t go out unless you have to, sending warming vines to all those effected
We could all pile up at my house :rolleyes: it’s like 54 here
 
Omg, I just shattered the top of my glass top stove, a cup fell out of cabinet when I put a tumbler up, left side
Can it get any better:banghead::banghead:
 
I'm always afraid of that happening to my stove top. I don't like the glass tops at all, it was either that or the coils and I didn't want coils. I really liked the concealed coils but no one has those anymore.

Went down to 20 below ZERO last night & is still 20 below! Supposed to be even a bit colder tonight!:eek: I have my thermostat set to 72 & the furnace hasn't shut off yet! ( I don't even want to see my next gas bill :eek::eek:)
Went out this morning to feed the birds but didn't see even one. Poor creatures! I don't know how they survive!

Sorry you broke your Glass cook top:oops: I have one too. It must be over 25 yrs old. One of the burners doesn't work anymore.It's so easy to clean the top I wouldn't ever go back to gas.
It's always something! One damn thing after another!

That really sucks about your stove! Capone loves to sit on top of my fridge and then jumps onto my stove to get down and I have wondered more than once if those glass tops ever break.
