A very good morning to everyone. Time to shake off the glitter of the holidays and get back to our routines. Now, that doesn't sound like all that much fun! Hope all the kitties and their beans are in good health and spirits today. Gus is starting his day with a very nice level. He's doing his vulture impression, so it must be time for 2nd breakfast. He sits at the edge of the counter and leans way forward with his neck stretched out and down. Only thing missing is the ruff around his neck :lol:

I had to laugh at the glitter remark. DH hates, hates, hates glitter. When Christmas things come out I tell him "'tis the season". Now it's vacuum season.

"Normal", although a relative term, is GOOD! DH went back to work today after being on vaca for what seemed like eons...yes, normal is good :lol: !

Gus is having a good day, which means you're having a good day, too.

IMO, the worst glitter is the stuff people sprinkle in cards, which they incorrectly think adds a festive touch to the occasion. :roll:

Hi Bev and Gus!!!! I've missed you and the crooked mustachio man!!! Of course, I've been hit or miss here lately, too, though trying to start the new year off on a better foot!!

For Gus, 6.5 is a teeny dose. Very true. He gained al his weight back and is 16 lbs once again. No wonder, since dx, he has eaten non stop!!

did ya get it all cleaned up? i put away 95% of the christmas decorations last night. the last few seemed to need a different box and i quit rather than put forward the work! :lol: so there's a couple of snowmen on the piano still.
