Our very deepest condolences to Kristin and Lilly today. Fly free, Calley and may you find peace with all our other GAs. Many healing vines to Skinky, Cleo, Clare, Minka, Sasha, Harvey, Blackie, and any others who need them.

Gracie is doing superb today.....happy, purry, playful, and right now she is soaking up the sun on Gus's squids condo. It's really cold here today so she is in the warmest spot and her fur is toasty I am sure she will not be such a happy cat later, Tobey either, as we are taking down all the Christmas decorations today. The tree will probably be up just a few days more, sans ornaments, because the garage is full of over 100 potted plants and we can't get to the tree box. At least they will have that!

Lil Stink'ear has this pattern going of about 36 hours in decent numbers and then a couple of ick bouncy cycles. I didn't give her R last night as she rose because the friends we had dinner with all came here for games and drinks so we'll just have to wait this one out.

Hope you all have a super day. I'm hoping to have some time after the de-decorating to visit condos while Mike watches the Cardinals game.

OK Principessa! The strangers are gone, time to end the bounce.

We're always so late getting the decoration up that we're usually the last to get them down too. We've been getting down into the 20s so I've been busy covering tender aloes I just couldn't resis planting.

Hi guys,
Our tree will come down on 3 Kings Day (Jan. 6th). That's the tradition in our family: up on Xmas Eve, down on Epiphany . So you have a few more days to wait for warmer weather! (it was -2 degrees F. here this morning!)
Gracie, it's time to come back down now. OK???

Miss Gracie, Cinco and Polly appreciate the company on the yellow floor, but I think your Mama wants you outta there! Time to put on your sliding shoes!

No tree or decorations in our house this year, since we weren't home for the big day, so no depressing undecorating to do! Outside lights came down Wednesday, right before DH crashed with the flu. I just have to get the wreath off the door. Of course, there are still boxes of paper and bows and candy tins to put away, but who's counting those?!

It was 29 degrees here at 9:00 am this morning. Brrrrr! Our greenhouse is packed with all the potted plants we could get in. The others are up against the house or fence, hopefully protected enough.

Looks like a nice slide down for Miss Gracie! I plan to keep our tree up for at least 2 more weeks and especially the lights outside, otherwise, it is too gray and depressing around here. Happy Caturday- sorry about the cardinals though!
