Bad news our drooler maybe about to lose one of his front legs. We are waiting for the pathology report. Best case the lump is a benign fatty mass worst case it's cancer and the leg will need to be removed.

Praying that its benign. My dad's dog has a bunch of soft lumps that are called something but are harmless. Maybe that is what your has...
