1/3/25 AMPS 203 + 5 83 PMPS 510 yikes!

Damn, Mikey’s PMPS number was 510. That is almost the highest number in a bounce! That is really upsetting, but this boy has always been a bouncer.
He is not sick as he just had blood work and urine analysis a month ago.

What do you all think or suggest

It is odd because 15 minutes after I gave him his shot, I tested him again and he was at 345. I am thinking maybe I got a false reading or there was a caliber issue. He didn’t have any high carb food.
I did lower his dose this am
