Good Morning LL! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Nice to see Tess back in the blues this morning, maybe today we will see the slide return today.
Well, I have 2 cats upset w/ me now! cat(2)_steam Yesterday afternoon I fixed up the laundry room for LWC, turned the heater on, gave her a bed fed her there and moved extraneous stuff out that really needed to be out of there anyway. I closed her in there about sundown and when I went out to feed her an hour late all she did was yowl at me, in between snarfing her food! :roll:

this morning she was out on the patio staring at the door again waiting for breffis. Tess was on the inside staring right back! I wonder if the upset w/ the new cat around is messing w/ her numbers?

Morning guys nice start to the day for Tess! Oh boy on LWC. So nice of you to take the kitty inside. Hope Tess doesn't get too mad and maybe eventually they will be friends?? Paws crossed all goes well. have a great day!

Oh wow on the kitty saga. It is so nice of you to make a place for LWC. This takes me back to Deb and Spot when she took in GC, in her garage. It took a while, but she finally adopted that kitty. Love the yowl and the scarf. How is Tess taking all this? curious, or on the defensive? It could be affecting her BG, if she is stressed by the kitty.

It looks like flat yellows for Tess today. Maybe some good numbers tonight?
Ann in outside watering bonsai and feeding LWC. She said that it looks like the upper respiratory infection is clearing up. That is our main concern. Now it looks like we may have to think of a name for her. I thought snowflake, but we don't have that here. Closest thing is Frost on the Windshield, or FWC for short. :lol: But Ann wouldn't go for that, so will have to be something else.

Hi Ann......awww, you brought li'l white kitty inside. :-D I wouldn't be at all surprised if the stess is raising Tess's bg.
On the other hand, maybe there is something else brewing.

Wouldn't it be nice if they became friends? Can two girl cats even be friends? :roll:

Those are nice flat numbers and maybe some greens later. So sweet with LWK. I hope Tess and LWK become friends. Good luck with naming her. :lol: That's a good start. I'm sure a name will come once you get to know more of her personality.

Maybe try those calming collars on both of them? I hope you can work something out. This is a period of adjustment and may take a while. Sending "be friends" vines to Tess and Green Eyes.

I once had a white dove & I named him Snow!! Looks like Snowflake is upsetting to Tess, & I say yes, it could be pushing her numbers up!!
You are such a good person, that LWC is soooo lucky! How about Blanca--means white woman in spanish!

Flat yellow day. there probably is some stress in the numbers, Tess has been very watchful at the kitchen door. LWC cares about nothing but food! At least no hissing and bouncing off the window.

I found out how she got out, managed to push the screen open to the greenhouse. That's fixed so we shall see tonight how things go. I'm committed, I got her a bed and a Tidy Cats Breeze LB, one night's use of the regular litter and I could smell cat pee. I hope she'll use it and get used to sleeping inside!

I need to find out just how contagious the URI is, changing clothes to go out and in all day is getting old. Her eyes seem to be clearing up, or it could be my cleaning them every day just got rid of the buildup. :?

I liked the flat yellow better than this, but not an unusual +3 for Tess.

Roni, I had actually thought of Blanca! We shall see, but the first thing you notice is the little gray cap. Ella I like the reference to her eyes, maybe Emma, short for Emerald?

Ella, I hadn't heard of the calming collars, I might give it a try. I had totally forgotten I had Feliway too! I did give her a Vermont Naturals Calming treat and she is way relaxed! @-)

And actually the laundry room in in the garage (so is our guest room) so they are well separated.
