Hi LL! Here's yesterday's condo (and what a day it was!)

I am very glad to report that Sooty is still doing very well today! Temp still normal, eating well, walking better - just incredible to see...

High Bgs are a secondary concern right now but still, some interesting things have been happening. We won't really know where we are there, until he's really fully over all this and we can finish up the meds, ABx etc... but it may well be, that he's had something wrong ,for much longer than we knew... Time will tell but in the mean-time, we are just so lucky to have him here!

This is such good news. I hope the vet has some idea of how this all came about and if there was something long standing, what it was and how to make sure none of you have to go through this again. Sooty is such a fighter!!

Fabulous report!!! I am SO GLAD to read that Sooty is felling better, doing better. You could very well be right in that he had a problem long before you knew he did. My Mannie is the same. Cats can hide their problems so well. It is so very nice to read that things are going well. Sooty?: you rock!

I have nervous excitement when I look for Sooty's and Rockets condo. I'm glad you put in the subject line what to expect LOL. I'm so happy to hear he is doing well. A number of us do know what its like to have a kitty come so close and bounce back. Those first few weeks are unsettling and overwhelmingly emotional too. I remember looking up at Maverick and was so overwhelmed with emotion that he was still with me. Like it was kind of a dream like feeling. Give him extra hugs and kisses.

Not too bad a bounce from yesterday's unexpected blues. So glad Sooty is feeling better and getting stronger.

Temp is still normal and he's having a very nice, lazy comfortable afternoon, today!

And there's more! AMPS +8: 185 - so we have more blue!

It'll be a close watch from here on, today, to make sure he doesn't drop too low (for an Acrocat, we want him to stay in the blue #s) - but we're on it...!
 
I'm happy to read Sooty is doing much better....i still keep you guys close to heart as i know exactly what you are going thru...the uncertainty of it all....he is a fighter for sure....
