Popped back up a bit. He responds nicely to carbs (most of the time). Now we get to see whether tonight's shot will actually happen, or if he gets another skip.

Fancy Feast beef chunks/gravy (20% carb). We've sort of given up on tinkering with 15% vs. 20% carbs and just go right to that and adjust the amount if necessary. If that isn't enough (if he's still really low at the next check) we add a bit of honey, but that's rare.

Hi Lisa, what a day you and Oberon had. Last night was quite a ride. I hope you got some sleep later in that cycle. Whew. Great job with the carbs. So glad he responds to 20%!!

Tim here. Fortunately, there were two of us -- I took over with the 2 a.m. check, so Lisa got to get to sleep at a reasonable time, since she had a much busier Tuesday planned than I did. It's when one of us goes out of town that it can get more challenging!
