Hey at least he only went to pink/purple whatever that color is...lol Musette decided to put on her red dress this morning. :roll:
But I figure that is just a sign they went lower than we saw over night and we got bounces.

It was about time for Kitten to see some action, LIL, after a couple of those higher flat days. I wonder if he dropped into the blues last night? As Mel mentioned, that could explain his bounce into the pink/purple this morning. Let's see how quickly your dear furguy clears that bounce.

Serves me right for not checking before going to sleep lol. I've been soooo tired this weekend that I've been passing out super early. I think I've allowed myself to not worry since he's been having these higher PMPS. At least I've caught myself up a bit, so I'm ready for the week ahead. Bring on some blues Kit! Bring it on!
He's sitting on his new pillow looking at the squirrels in the backyard. He hasn't moved in about an hour...it's like cat-heaven out there!
I've held back on the testing this weekend since I'm home early tomorrow and all day Tuesday. I'm going to get a curve done then when it's just the two of us home and I'm not stressed about having to run in and out.
Errand day....time for groceries! gonna be testing out a new salad recipe so we'll see how it goes!

Nice blue....I tried the Breeze 2 again - remembered why I hated it. I'm running out of Contour strips and the woman I emailed who was selling them on Kijiji wont email back (7 packs of 100 for $200 -- a steal here! Since they are 80 bucks at the store). So I decided to try using some of the Breeze 2 strips since I have so many. Man that thing is definitely NOT made for a cat lol. The strips are super small and they are internal (you load a pack of 10). When you're ready, you pull the lever and one strip comes out. Its the smallest thing ever so you have to basically shove the meter into his ear (which Kit absolutely hates...he's petrified of meters which is funny) and if it times out? You lose the strip and have to pull out a new one. I wasted soooo many at the beginning b/c it would take me longer than the allotted time to get blood, or he would move and by the time i grabbed his ear to get the blood it would time out. Drove me bonkers. Now I remember why...nonetheless, I got it on the first try - cuz i'm a pro now! LOL (never thought i'd say that).
Hope this means he's clearing the bounce quickly....
Going to watch "The Adventures of Tintin 3D" this evening. With all the sleep i've been having, I might actually be awake for this one! Plus its a cartoon so usually that keeps me up lol. My first 3D movie! (I really really wanted to see Avatar when it came out but my husband kept saying no and by the time I convinced him it was out of theatres).

So this is where a late nadir comes to bite me in the butt. Because it's late, then the PM number is usually low, but I know he raises for a while afterwards b/c onset isnt for a while. So things go out of whack and me = nervous. I stalled 20 min, and we went up to 101.
So I went ahead and gave him the shot, knowing that we'd be here to see what happens. Tested now at +3 and we're up to 122. Gonna try a couple more tonight.
I have to learn to calm down otherwise this will be a looooong process lol.
PS. Tintin was kinda fun! Didn't need to be in 3D though, but that's ok...still entertaining. Can't wait for Titanic 3D -- When it first came out, I was in high school and fell in love with Leonardo DiCaprio. I think I watched it 6 times in theatres that year. Yes, I was obsessed. So come April, I'll get to relive my adolescence! lol...too much fun!
Thanks Eva for your kind words. Every one in a while I do take a step back and realize just how far we've come in the last couple weeks. Its amazing how quickly things can fall into place. I know that the dance isn't over, its just beginning....but I'm slowly allowing Kit to take the lead and I'm not being so hard on my feet, rather just allow myself to be taken away and make sure that we stay on the dancefloor together. I dont know if that makes sense, or if my sleepiness is starting to take effect....lol
