Benny got an unintentially skinny shot this morning; as Scott was withdrawing the needle, I could see a drop of insulin that came with it. With Benny already on a tiny dose (0.5 u), I was a little concerned, but his +2 number was great so I think we're okay. I've had a hard time getting afternoon BGs for him lately, he's feeling good enough to go upstairs for his afternoon nap, and with my office in the basement, it's a lot of running to try to track him down. Thankfully his nadir happens earlier in the day so it's not really a problem, but I also don't want to leave too many gaps in his spreadsheet.
I'm very fortunate in that I work from home; I can only imagine how challenging it must be for those who have to be away from their babies all day!
