Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty is near the edge of the lagoon this morning. He had a good night. No breathing problems. He ate all his nighttime food and was more than ready to start the day (he beat us downstairs and was waiting on his test site). Good test, shot, breakfast ("second sitting" left to graze on over the course of the morning), lung treat (eaten enthusiastically), a brief schmooze, and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator.
I just got back from taking Edward to his yoga class. The temperature is Zero and there is sunshine. We got very little snow from the "blizzard" conditions yesterday: mainly what little snow came down just blew around. Our village ice carnival begins this weekend and the ice palace is almost finished. It is quite elaborate this year because the ice is really good on the lake.

Yo kitties, See you all later for curling practice. So far I'm captaining the Blue Team, but I'd like to move down to the Green. Ice is good. The court is cleared of snow, and we are ready to glide and sweep. Hot tuna toddies and cimmamum cookies at my house after practice.

I so love it when they are waiting for us at their test site. Mannie did that too. It was always such a good time, that first test of the day.
