He had low carb at shot time and 1tbls of 9% gravy food at +1.
At +1.5 and +2 he got HC... I had to leave for n hour so I told my husband to just keep a close eye and feed him 25% at +2.

Just wondering if this is still likely from the old dose/depot? ... or if I should reduce again?

He was at 3 units for a while... it does seem like something has changed. So....I guess I would like to try a reduction. Better to be a bit low and readjust if needed, then to get his body use to too much... I think

I agree and it’s long enough since the last reduction that it very well could stick. Good luck.
