Good afternoon and Happy Friday. We are very late posting today....I was up early but one civvie was throwing up; Tobey threw up; other civvie didn't want to eat; etc etc etc....one of those mornings where I just wanted to walk out the front door and leave for the day ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile All are fine now, have eaten, no more pukus and I decided to stay :lol: :lol:

WCR: 5Ps in place. Gracie was being a little stubborn eating this morning....I believe she didn't care for the selection because she was obviously hungry. When I changed the menu du jour, she ate really well. Of course, at that first snub of the nose from her, I immediately went into "OMG I hope she doesn't have pancreatitis" just because it was one of those mornings. She started responding to the 1u yesterday but Mike and I decided to be more aggressive with her dosing so we took her back up to f1u last night. Right now she is surfing green...go baby girl.

We hope all is wonderful in your corner of the world; that Rocket and Sooty are better today; that those in the NE are not freezing!! Have a great day.

This must be the day for kitties upchucking, as Maggie did the same thing today, and yesterday was her day for being picky. Good luck on increasing the dose for Gracie and hope she surfs the day away,

I had wondered where you were.... Mannie and I were about to send out search and rescue... :lol: :lol: So sorry for the issues this morning - but glad all is now well. I hope you will go and take that long walk you mentioned - such a nice area you have to do that in.

Looks like Gracie is having another fantastic day. Didn't take long for the new dose to kick in. Looks like she has decided to surf the greens for a while - YAY! SURF'S UP little one. Surf well.

Hey Gracie - I am really in the need of some sun, and a beach, and some grillin'. what'd'ya say? Wanna go? Tobey can come too as long as he won't barf in the roadster.... ~~ Mannie

What a beautiful day today! Gracie is looking great!! Of course when they dont eat we panic! Not to worry, she's just being a cat! Hugs from us :mrgreen:

Michelle: I know...when I don't see one of you all by the time I get on, then I start to get worried. I just needed some time this morning to regroup and get my good attitude jeans back on :lol: :lol: Your walk sounded incredible!! I'm headed out now to get mine in; I had some work to do around the property really quick...Mike was going to do it this morning but since he had to hurry up and go to work last night, I told him I'd take care of it.

Mannie..it's beautiful here for chillaxin altho my papacabanabean isn't here to make us devilled quail eggs or any special drinks!! But we can lay in the sun by the pool, in the catnip patch, or on my patio and watch birds!!!

Gorgeous surfing Gracie. Sorry about the morning urping. I get clean up duty with the urps here - or DH would probably add to what needed cleaning up. I get unsettled when the appetite drops even for a day here. Glad you found something that was more appealing to Gracie :)

Hey Karrie, Barbara, and Celi: yes the girl had a really nice day....so pleased that I did not have to do anything but test her and give her a little 10% once but then she just surfed like crazy!!

Michelle: I did get my walk in and I lifted weights and did yoga so that has helped!! I try to remember your advice! ;-) ;-)

Not happy about this PMPS altho it is still blue but while I was out on my walk dear HOUSEKEEPER gave Gracie a tsp of food around +10. When I got back, she said Gracie was on the counter and was starving so she gave her a little. At least she knows which is Gracie's (her jar has a "G" on the lid) but almost all of the food around here that we regularly feed is under 10%. Gracie usually gets a double dip but looks like that bummed it for her tonight.

Time for din din!

oh boy on the +10 treat - sounds like DH when he used to sneak all the cats treat and dry food around midnight, aiyee!!!!! he has since been educated. :lol: well - she'll recover soon enough.

Nice on the walk - wow on the weights, and super on the yoga, awesome day for the bean!

Hopefully, it was just a snack a little to close to dinner time that tweeked the numbers. Come back down Ms. Gracie!

Sienne: I think so...Lupita still doesn't understand all the feeding stuff. Before FD, Mike and I would go out every Friday afternoon and Lupita would give all the cats their afternoon snacks. And, on occasion when Gracie has been dropping to a really low number, I give her a +10 snack to bump her up a little. I was only gone about 30 mins but I guess Gracie gave Lupita that big eyed "I'm starving" look so she gave her a small snack :lol: :lol: She's coming down very slowly now but had a pretty good food spike. Oh well....if she just has some nice slidage into blue and no diving, I'll be fine with it tonight and we can start over tomorrow.
