Confused yet by my subject line? I stalled last night until after Autumn spiked on her dinner before I shot and yes I shot her early this morning in hopes of keeping her from racing back up before onset again. This is being custom tailored for Autumn do not copy for your own cat.

Casey is settling nicely into that 1u and I fully expect him to earn another reduction fairly soon as he continues to lose weight.

By this weekend I'll need to start a new pen then I have a feeling I'm going to need to watch them like a hawk in case the fresh insulin drops them like stones.

It was exactly the same as it is humanly impossible to go less since she is getting basically the dead space between the zero line and the needle. So a drop in fact to draw it I twist the plunger up until I have the last drop on the needle then draw that drop back into the syringe. Can we say microdose kitty lol

I also do this with Michelangelo. It helps me get back on schedule if I'm late with a shot or have to delay one. ;-) It definitely depends on how your kitty reacts to earlier/later doses, but it Mikey's case, as long as his numbers are on the rise, I can shoot him. (And sometimes with better results, too. :mrgreen: )
