Just managed a blue. I'll try for a mini curve today but I have got a lot going on (usual weekend stuff, hopefully not another trip to the ER with the rat ). When did weekend get so busy?

Still blue I think we may need a dose increase in the near future.

So far, the zoo is fine. Civil Emma did have a weird coughing thing / hairball attempt but I'm not worried about her. I got it on video and will send to the vet. Rose the rat hates wearing the cone but it's for her own good until the vet sutures her back up tomorrow. Howie the rat is enjoying all the treats I'm giving to Rose and getting fat Fortunately I don't have visiting dogs this weekend. That would be a bit much to handle.

Did you taper the pred or just switch to budesonide?

The vet said we can just start the budesonide when it arrived. No need to taper. He was on a low dose anyways, 2 mg SID every day.
