I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, but Simon had a flat blue day all day!! No bouncy numbers. Very unusual for him. Must be the dosecrease doing its work although if history repeats itself, Simon will be back to wonky numbers soon. But I am staying positive -- this may be the magic dose.

Simon is doing well except he is not coming up the stairs to the bed as much as before. I know the arthritis is bothering him and since it has been pretty cold, he wants to just sit in his heated bed near the vent. He is eating well although I did have to open 2 cans this morning, but that is better than 3, right?!

I hope everyone living in the blizzard areas stays safe. Stay home and keep your kitties warm.

Bet that heated bed and vent heat feels good on those stiff joints. My arthritic old dog loves hanging out near the electric fireplace on chilly evenings.

YAY for flat blues. How nice is that! I used to be elated when we had those flat blue days, end on end for while. Mannie would always go wonky after a while too, but it sure was nice while it lasted. I will hope though too that maybe just maybe the current dose is the magic one for Simon.

Looks like Simon is on the move tonight....start surfing and keep it safe, little man!! I'm glad he's eating well, and I love how resourceful our kitties are when it comes to seeking out heat to help them feel better. Have a great evening, Georgia!
