I guess there is nothing to be done about this bounce except to wait? Can I borrow a pair of 'patience pants' from someone, seem to have misplaced mine! :-x

I am going to be gone the majority of the day, although I doubt I have to worry about him going too low, I still don't like it. But have to help my 'other' son (the one I actually gave birth to :lol: ). I know I'll be thinking about Lucian the whole time I'm gone.

QUESTION: I know I will need calipers, etc eventually, is there a link or anything that tells how to use them? I could probably use them now, not totally confident that Lucian is getting an accurate, consistent dose. I know it's somewhere between 1.5 and 2u, that's about the best I can do. I do try to make sure it is in the same place on the syringe, but whether it is 1.73, 1.75 or 1.77, I have no idea, do you understand what I mean? Whatever it is that he is getting, I believe it is pretty consistent though and I understand that is important.

Put a couple extra pairs of patience pants in the mail to you...lol.

Give him time to clear the bounce we know this dose can take him to the green numbers his liver just doesn't understand yet that its okay to go that low and not be a problem.

Guess I don't have to worry too much about him going too low while I'm gone today, still running high, but at least he's off that black floor! :-|

I just wanted to add that I don't use calipers. I think consistency is what's most important, so he's getting the same dose each time, whatever that might be exactly.

I got home shortly ago. I left out a 5.5oz can of food, about half was eaten, but I don't know which cat(s) ate it or when.
Again, Lucian is 'HI" on his PMPS.

Any advice you might suggest? Another day on this dose? Please look at his SS......here's what I see........when I upped the dose to 1.5, he started hitting black......could he be getting too much? Actually he started right before I raised it, but it has gotten progressively worse.
