1/27 Howie nadir was 69 at +15

In case there is anyone with some help/suggestions in case Wendy doesn’t come back on...Howie’s nadir tonight (so far) was 69 at +15 which had never happened before and of course its bedtime! He gets a +3, +5, and +7 meal in his auto feeder so I’m giving him MC food to help boost those numbers overnight. Any other thoughts or suggestions?
 
I would test again in an hour from the last test to see what Howie has in mind.
Did you give insulin for the PMPS? you have said 69 at +15. The SS says you gave a PMPS dose.

Yes, he got his regular dose after his PMPS which was 80. I’ve just not had him drop after his insulin like this before since it normally doesn’t kick in until +4 at least. I’ll update after I test him (now).

UPDATE: his +4 was 91 now, so the MC food is working and getting him in a more comfortable direction (for me at least!)

He’s making progress. Can be hard on the CG when they decide to go lower. He’s looking good. I’d test again in an hour or two to check how he’s going as it’s possible he could drop again.
