Happy Monday, LL. Back to tbp for me! Thanks for visiting after I went to bed, Ella and Liz! Yesterday: Chyna 1/26

Ella, thanks again, I did look on Amazon but the only one that ships to Canada charges $62 for 150 capsules and $80 shipping :shock: . Not in my price range at all, I'm broke and still have to buy cat food. I'll have to search online when I have time. I'll check the health food store anyways to see if they have L-Lysine; I saw an unflavored no starch one on iherb.com for cheap. Do you use both Allerplex and L-Lysine?

Liz, I can't believe I've never heard of those :oops: , now I want to go try a beaver tail! I don't live in a big city, and I don't get out much, that's my excuse ;-)

Well, we are still stinky pinky ohmygod_smile I guess that means a dosecrease to 5u tonight! Chyna was in her testing spot waiting and purring this morning, all fuds eaten overnight and breffis CPC :-D I guess she doesn't care if her outfit is the wrong color ;-) She seems a little off, but I think that's just the higher BG. Poo, pee, preen all in place!

We have people calling in sick left and right, so it should be a fun day... :roll: Thanks for visiting us, and have a good day guys! :razz:

oh no on the back to TBP. bummer... an even bigger bummer on those calling in sick here there and everywhere :shock: not fun!

Chyna - how about some blues today? that would be really cool. a nice slow slide down. Then a really cool surf.

Good luck with the new dose. Mannie never cared what color suit he was wearing either. He was the same when he was green as when he was red. One happy laid back dude.

Sorry for the yucky pink this morning. I have to remind myself when I see pinks that our kitties don't care what their BG is, they are just happy to be loved and be with us. I hope your day is not too crazy with all the people calling off sick.

I'm glad Chyna doesn't mind the stinky pink as much as you do. Did you warn her about the dosecrease before you left? Maybe that would motivate her to slide down a little. It's worked before, hasn't it? :lol:

Sorry you have to work today, and sorrier still everyone's calling in sick. Look on the bright side - they kept their germs at home so you won't catch whatever they have! :-D Hope you don't have to pick up the slack, though. :-x

Love to hear how good Chyna is feeling and how she waits at her testing spot for you :-D She doesn't care what color dress she is wearing. It only bothers the beans.
I feel for you being back at tbp. Monday, yucks. Working short, bigger yuck!! Hope your day goes quickly :-D

Whoa, I was expecting pink or maybe yellow at lunch, but mid blue! I hope she wasn't lower before I got home! YAY BLUE :-D I think we still have to do the dosecrease tonight though, unless we have a huge surprise at PMPS of a super low...

Thanks Devon, maybe we'll see green with a dosecrease, and she is a happy kitty most of the time. Such a good girl!

Yay, busy work is done, and only half hour OT. Thanks for visiting, Catherine, Tara, and Amy!

I did the dosecrease, even though it's our lowest PS since we've been back...I hope that wasn't stupid and I should have waited a few more cycles. But we have yet to see green so...here we go. :shock:

I'm pretty excited as my ReliOn Prime and 300 strips showed in the mail, I had someone send them up to me from the states! It's the most strips I've ever had in one time since they are so expensive for the others I do 100 at a time :lol: I had a big drop of blood too for PMPS...and screwed it up trying to push the strip in and then not adding enough of the giant blood drop. Ah well, I'll compare another test time.

Chyna seems happy tonight and is slurping up supper. Time for mine now too ;-)

Chyna wants to forget about that AMPS from this morning!!! She's looking good!!

I can't believe you guys get insulin so cheap, but can't get the nice cheap meters and strips!! Well, I guess you can have all the perks!! Hope you had a great day!!

Those blues are looking pretty good on Chyna today! Paws crossed on that increase - I'm waiting impatiently to see green on her SS again. :-D

How did you get the Relion Prime sent to you? Just wondering how you managed to get them sent from the States. It's not bad driving to Bellingham, but does cost time and gas. I've been buying them 500 or 750 at a time. :lol: The Shopper's Drug Mart house brand L-Lysine works for FD cats.

BTW: Beaver tails are often called whales tales in the west. Basically fried dough with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top. Yumm! Enjoy your evening!

Thanks Patty, the +2 is still blue, paws crossed :-D I guess we have to split the perks, and only have one cheap thing instead of all :lol:

I'm impatiently waiting for green too, can you tell? :lol: I bought "SISU" L-Lysine today at the health food store, is this ok? http://www.nationalnutrition.ca/detail.aspx?ID=1958 It doesn't list starch...And yum on the cinnamon and sugar...I'd rather eat a pastry called whale tale...I don't know why that sounds better! :shock:

I'd better go, it's SubQ time, Chynas favorite...not. ;-)
